La Tapa Loca started with the idea and passion of bringing our Spanish Gastronomy to Western Australia.
Cooking was always a passion in my family and a way to have fun sharing experiences and recipes. I started to cook when I was eight years old guided by my mother and grandmother. Knowledge and traditional methods were transferred from one generation to another as a culinary inheritance.
Spain benefits from a unique gastronomy culture that converts the necessity of eating into the pleasure of indulging food. To Spaniards, life is for celebrating and it is the best celebrated with food, friends and family. Paellas and Tapas are the best sharing food to enjoy an authentic Spanish experience and to create a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
